在关闭时一般不允许手动加关，只有设备需要长时间退出运行，需要严密隔离，而该电动门不能够严密关闭时方可加关。加关时只允许轻微地加关1-2圈，只要能感觉到些力量了就已经足够，坚决禁止用F扳手等加力杆以及用手过分加关。对于高压电动门手动加关以前，必须用其旁路门平衡前后压差后，再手动加关，禁止直接手动加关而损坏结合面;而在开启时必须用其旁路门进行前后压力平衡后方可手动、电动开启。在手动打开闸板阀时的，如太沉，可适当用F扳手等加力杆，但要注意不可用力过大。因为有时闸板阀门在热态下关闭，经冷却后，因热胀冷缩，闸板被夹住，比较难打开，需要的力量较大，但此时应有过力矩信号。盘动几圈后，有时会听到“呯”的一声，然后感到很轻，此时阀门已打开，可用电动，要注意观察信号。在用手动的过程中，要注意区别是否因阀门故障太沉引起过力矩。

In the use of manual process, pay attention to the difference between the valve fault too heavy caused by excessive torque.
