(1)进入调试菜单:

按功能键一下或两下,使显示屏第二行显示: locPar,

按下翻键一下,显示:commissioning,

利用下翻键、上翻键和确认键,使第二行变为:9044,

再按确认键,现在第一行应该显示close direction。

(2)调试:

现在按下翻键,直到第一行显示:enterpos.adjust。

这时我们先调开位(也可以按下翻键选择先调试关位)。

第二行显示press E-button,按开按钮(即上翻键),

现在执行机构应该在朝着开方向运行,显示%open→open,

这时观察白色信号齿轮的转向(顺时针或逆时针),

运行到全开位置后,执行机构会自动停止,

再点按三下关按钮(即按下去接着松开按钮,使执行机构退回一点 点,避免卡死)。

按确认键,第一行显示 adjust of poti,

第二行显示deviation+数值,

现在朝刚才观察到的方向转动白色齿轮,

使数值变小,直到为 0(松开手后也为0才行),

2.1、 拨码开关 介绍
2.1. Introduction of code switch
上图为经济型电动门拨码开关,自左到右依次为S1、S2、S3、 S4、S5、S6、S7、S8。 其中,

S1:代表阀门开关方式,即顺时针还是逆时针,默认在下,为顺时针方式;

开门至将近全开,然后逐渐点动开门直至机械位置全开(长按2S之后门会连开);

观察H2指示灯,如果红灯闪烁,代表定位器与实际存在偏差,需要调节中心轮,向左或者向右调节,知道H2红灯变灭;
Observe the H2 indicator light, if the red light flashes, representing the locator and the actual deviation, need to adjust the center wheel, to the left or right adjustment, know that the H2 red light turns out;

将S7拨上,再拨下,开位保存记忆至芯片内,此时H1、H2交替闪烁; 接下来开始调节关位置:

将下关门,力矩关门自适应,注意观察H2灯,当H2灯闪烁3下后,H1、H2灯开始交替

将S7拨上,再拨下,保存记忆关位置,此时会出现以下两种情况: A、 H1灯闪烁,H2灯灭,此时代表调试成功;

B、 H1灯闪烁,H2灯红灯,代表调试存在错误,需要重新调试,之后需要将S8拨上,再拨下,然
