| 车库门上必须设有安全保险装置，防止出现故障时门扇下冲或正常运行时伤及人员或物件。 Garage doors must be equipped with safety devices to prevent people or objects from being injured when the doors fail or run normally. （1） 车库门宜采用防夹手结构门板；未采用防夹手结构门板，在门外侧相关位置应有明显防夹手标志。 (1) Garage doors should adopt anti-clip structure door panels; without anti-clip structure door panels, there should be obvious anti-clip signs in the relevant positions outside the door. （2） 电动遥控车库门应有钢丝绳和弹簧断裂保护装置。弹簧或钢丝绳断裂时，保护装置应能阻止门板下滑 （3） 电动遥控车库门驱动装置应有自动锁紧器。自动锁紧器在断电时应能防止门扇滑落。 (2) Electric remote control garage door should have wire rope and spring breaking protection device. When the spring or wire rope breaks, the protective device should be able to prevent the door panel from sliding. (3) The door driving device of the electric remote garage should have an automatic locking device. The automatic locking device should be able to prevent the door from sliding when the power is cut off. （4） 电动遥控车库门门扇启闭终点应有行程限位。终点定位准确，重复精度不大于10mm。 (4) There should be travel limit at the end of opening and closing of door and fan in electric remote control garage. The end point location is accurate and the repetition accuracy is not more than 10 mm. （5） 车库门开启终点宜设软质限位撞块。 (5) Soft limit bumper should be set at the end of garage door opening. （6） 电动遥控 车库门应有遇障碍自动停止或返回装置。关闭时，门扇遇可产生大于50N阻滞力的障碍时可自动停止关闭或返回。 (6) Electric remote control garage door should have automatic stop or return device when encountering obstacles. When closed, the door can automatically stop closing or return when it encounters obstacles that can produce blocking force greater than 50N. （7） 电动遥控车库门宜安装延时照明装置。 (7) Electric remote control garage door should be equipped with delayed lighting device. |
